  • 1 cup Belov oatmeal mixture of your choice (our favorite for this recipe is Apple and Cinnamon!)
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought date puree*

    *Madame Labriski's date puree is the best (use 3/4 cup as it is more liquid)!


  1. In a large bowl, combine the Belov oatmeal mixture and date puree.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a bar mold of your choice.
  3. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. You can adjust the amount of date puree to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Store the energy bars in the fridge!
