Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cups packed golden brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag Belov Nature cereal
  • 1 3/4 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups large rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup wheat bran
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips (to taste)

Preparation:

  1. Place the oven rack in the center and preheat to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In the same bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix until a firm and homogeneous dough forms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Form balls of about 30 ml and space them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes to keep the cookies soft and chewy. Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature and check the temperature before serving to baby!
