Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed golden brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bag Belov Nature cereal
- 1 3/4 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups large rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips (to taste)
Preparation:
- Place the oven rack in the center and preheat to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In the same bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix until a firm and homogeneous dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form balls of about 30 ml and space them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes to keep the cookies soft and chewy. Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
- Allow to cool to room temperature and check the temperature before serving to baby!
