Serving size: Approximately 50 patties depending on size
Preparation: 20 minutes
Can be frozen: Yes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Belov Nature
  • 1 stalk of broccoli florets
  • 2 lbs of peeled potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 6 peeled carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 500 gr of salmon
  • 2 cups chopped spinach

Preparation:

  1. Bake the salmon at 350' in the oven for 20 minutes. Once cooled, crumble, taking care to remove all the bones.
  2. Boil the peeled carrots, the broccoli stem and the 2 lbs of peeled potatoes.
  3. Brown the 2 finely diced onions in a pan, when they are translucent, add 2 cloves of garlic and brown for 1 minute before adding a grated zucchini. Sauté for 1 minute and add 2 cups of roughly chopped fresh spinach.
  4. When the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and broccoli) are cooked (very tender), drain the vegetables and mash them.
  5. Then mix all the ingredients, add 1 cup of natural Belov and mix again.
  6. Form small patties of approximately 1 cm. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
  7. When the patties are frozen, put them in a container or Ziploc and return to the freezer.
  8. To offer to baby, take the desired number of pancakes, and fry in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes on each side. Leave to cool before serving to baby.
