Ingredients
- 1 cup of Belov Nature
- 1 broccoli stalk, cut into florets
- 2 lbs peeled potatoes
- 2 onions
- 6 peeled carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 grated zucchini
- 500g of salmon
- 2 cups chopped spinach
Steps
- Bake the salmon at 350°F for 20 minutes. Once cooled, flake it, taking care to remove all bones.
- Boil the peeled carrots, the broccoli stalk and the 2 lbs of peeled potatoes.
- In a pan, fry the 2 finely diced onions. When translucent, add 2 garlic cloves and fry for 1 minute before adding the grated zucchini. Sauté for 1 minute and add 2 cups of coarsely chopped fresh spinach.
- When the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and broccoli) are cooked (very tender) drain the vegetables and mash them.
- Then mix all the ingredients, add 1 cup of plain Belov and mix again.
- Form small patties about 1 cm thick. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
- When the patties are frozen, place them in a container or Ziploc and return to the freezer.
- To offer to baby, take the desired number of pancakes, fry in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes on each side. Let cool before serving to baby.

Vous pouvez ajouter davantage de cĂ©rĂ©ales Belov jusquâĂ obtenir la consistance dĂ©sirĂ©e, cela permettra dâĂ©viter une texture trop molle.
