Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Belov Nature
  • 1 broccoli stalk, cut into florets
  • 2 lbs peeled potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 6 peeled carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 500g of salmon
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
Steps
  • Bake the salmon at 350°F for 20 minutes. Once cooled, flake it, taking care to remove all bones.
  • Boil the peeled carrots, the broccoli stalk and the 2 lbs of peeled potatoes.
  • In a pan, fry the 2 finely diced onions. When translucent, add 2 garlic cloves and fry for 1 minute before adding the grated zucchini. SautĂ© for 1 minute and add 2 cups of coarsely chopped fresh spinach.
  • When the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and broccoli) are cooked (very tender) drain the vegetables and mash them.
  • Then mix all the ingredients, add 1 cup of plain Belov and mix again.
  • Form small patties about 1 cm thick. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
  • When the patties are frozen, place them in a container or Ziploc and return to the freezer.
  • To offer to baby, take the desired number of pancakes, fry in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes on each side. Let cool before serving to baby.
