Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Belov Nature
- 1 stalk of broccoli florets
- 2 lbs of peeled potatoes
- 2 onions
- 6 peeled carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 grated zucchini
- 500 gr of salmon
- 2 cups chopped spinach
Preparation:
- Bake the salmon at 350' in the oven for 20 minutes. Once cooled, crumble, taking care to remove all the bones.
- Boil the peeled carrots, the broccoli stem and the 2 lbs of peeled potatoes.
- Brown the 2 finely diced onions in a pan, when they are translucent, add 2 cloves of garlic and brown for 1 minute before adding a grated zucchini. Sauté for 1 minute and add 2 cups of roughly chopped fresh spinach.
- When the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and broccoli) are cooked (very tender), drain the vegetables and mash them.
- Then mix all the ingredients, add 1 cup of natural Belov and mix again.
- Form small patties of approximately 1 cm. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 40 minutes.
- When the patties are frozen, put them in a container or Ziploc and return to the freezer.
- To offer to baby, take the desired number of pancakes, and fry in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes on each side. Leave to cool before serving to baby.
