Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Belov Original or Carrot & Spices
  • 1 Belov Lentil meal
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 °F.
2. Thaw the Belov Lentil meal in a large microwave-safe bowl.
3. Add the other ingredients to the same bowl and mix well
4. Grease nine muffin cavities or line them with silicone liners, then distribute the mixture evenly.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked. Allow to cool, then check the temperature before serving to the baby!

This clever recipe is very simple to make with only 4 ingredients. Thanks to the use of our Belov Lentil meal, which is made with quinoa, lentils, eggplant, sweet potatoes, shallot, and hemp seeds, your little one will not lack nutrients to support their day!
