Ingredients
  • ½ cup (80 g) Belov blueberry coconut textured oat blend for babies
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) baking powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) date sugar (optional)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla
Steps
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly butter or oil 2 ramekins.
  • In a bowl, mix Belov's Blueberry Coconut Textured Baby Oat Blend, date sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mash the banana until pureed. Add the egg and vanilla, whisk well. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform.
  • Divide between the 2 ramekins, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
