Ingredients
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 egg (or applesauce for an egg-free version)
- 3/4 cup Belov cereals – Original
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- (Optional: 1 tsp baking powder for the whole family—omit for babies 8–9 months old)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas well.
- Add the egg (or applesauce), the remaining applesauce, and the coconut oil. Mix well.
- Stir in the Belov cereals, oat flour, and ground flaxseed.
- (Family option) Add the baking powder if using.
- Mix until you get a smooth, thick batter.
- Pour into a small loaf pan or muffin tins (great for babies).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes for muffins or 35–40 minutes for a loaf, until the center is fully cooked.
