- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3-4 pieces of pineapple
- ½ cup your choice of plant-based milk or freshly squeezed orange juice
- 60 ml Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup @hellobelov oat cereal
In a mixer, mix everything for 45 seconds to 1 minute!
Offer the smoothie in a glass, a bowl or even in reusable pouches! You can even make popsicles!
