  •  1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3-4 pieces of pineapple
  • ½ cup your choice of plant-based milk or freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 60 ml Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup @hellobelov oat cereal


    In a mixer, mix everything for 45 seconds to 1 minute!

    Offer the smoothie in a glass, a bowl or even in reusable pouches! You can even make popsicles!
