Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups softened unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed golden brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bag of Belov Nature cereals
- 1 3/4 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups large flake oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup chocolate chips (according to taste)
Steps
- Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- In the same bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a firm and homogeneous dough.
- Line 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Form balls of about 30 ml and spread them out on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes to keep the cookies soft and fluffy. Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
- Let cool to room temperature and check the temperature before serving to baby!
