Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups softened unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups packed golden brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag of Belov Nature cereals
  • 1 3/4 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups large flake oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup wheat bran
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup chocolate chips (according to taste)
Steps
  • Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  • In the same bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a firm and homogeneous dough.
  • Line 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form balls of about 30 ml and spread them out on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes to keep the cookies soft and fluffy. Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
  • Let cool to room temperature and check the temperature before serving to baby!
