Cooling: 2.5 hours in the freezer
Ingredients:
- Belov carrot and spice oat mix
- 11% plain yogurt
- Cut kiwi
- Cut raspberries
- Cut blueberries
Preparations:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour the mixture onto the paper so that it covers the entire sheet.
- Put the sheet in the freezer for 2.5 hours.
- Once frozen, break the mixture into bite-size pieces and store in an airtight bag in the freezer.
Ingredients
- MĂ©lange dâavoine Belov carottes et Ă©pices
- Yogourt nature 11%
- Kiwis coupés
- Framboises coupés
- Bleuets coupés
Steps
- Dans un bol mélanges tous les ingrédients.
- Mettre du papiers parchemin sur une plaque et y verser le mĂ©lange de façon quâils couvrent lâentiĂšretĂ© de la plaque.
- Mettre 2h30 au congélateur
- Une fois congelés les défaire en morceaux et les conserver dans un sac hermétique au congélateur.
