Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Belov plain oatmeal mix
  • 1 sweet potato, diced
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Spices of choice (Dash used here)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam the vegetables (except the red onion) until they are tender.
  3. Once tender, puree vegetables in a food processor until the texture is semi-smooth.
  4. Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 1 patate douce en morceaux
  • 1 brocoli
  • 1 oignon rouge
  • 1 Ɠuf
  • œ tasse de chapelure
  • 1 c. Ă  soupe de graines de chia
  • Épices au choix (Dash ici)
Steps
  • PrĂ©chauffer le four Ă  350 degrĂ©s
  • Faire cuire Ă  la vapeur les lĂ©gumes (sauf l’oignon rouge)
  • Une fois bien tendre, les rĂ©duire au robot pour en faire une texture semi-lisse.
  • Façonner les petites bouchĂ©es et mettre une plaque Ă  biscuit recouvert de papier parchemin.
  • Cuire au four pendant 30 min.
