Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Belov plain oatmeal mix
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 1 broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Spices of choice (Dash used here)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Steam the vegetables (except the red onion) until they are tender.
- Once tender, puree vegetables in a food processor until the texture is semi-smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

- 1 patate douce en morceaux
- 1 brocoli
- 1 oignon rouge
- 1 Ćuf
- œ tasse de chapelure
- 1 c. Ă soupe de graines de chia
- Ăpices au choix (Dash ici)
Steps
- Préchauffer le four à 350 degrés
- Faire cuire Ă la vapeur les lĂ©gumes (sauf lâoignon rouge)
- Une fois bien tendre, les réduire au robot pour en faire une texture semi-lisse.
- Façonner les petites bouchées et mettre une plaque à biscuit recouvert de papier parchemin.
- Cuire au four pendant 30 min.
