Sweet Potato and Brocolli Bites

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Belov plain oatmeal mix
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 1 broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Spices of choice (Dash used here)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Steam the vegetables (except the red onion) until they are tender.
- Once tender, puree vegetables in a food processor until the texture is semi-smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
