Ingredients
- 2 sweet apples (Gala, Cortland, or Honeycrisp)
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional, depending on baby's age)
- 1/4 cup Belov apple cinnamon oatmeal
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 ripe mashed banana (optional, for natural sweetness)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Peel and cut the apples into small cubes or very thin slices. Steam or sauté them with a little water until tender (5 to 10 minutes).
- Place the softened apples in a small oven-safe dish.
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, applesauce, and mashed banana (if using).
- Spread this mixture over the apples.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the apples are very tender.
