Water, chicken, carrots, potato, chickpeas, celery, onions, parsley.

Microwave:Remove the frozen puree from the bag. Pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for a few seconds until the puree is thawed.

Stove :Remove the frozen puree from the bag. Pour the frozen puree into a saucepan with a little water over medium heat. Stir frequently until the puree is thawed.

Always check the temperature before serving to baby. You can also defrost a bag in the refrigerator the day before.

Once the product has thawed, consume it within 48 hours (opened or unopened).
